Analysis of job tasks to understand the physical or cognitive requirements of each position, providing insights to support both employee health and job efficiency. You'll receive an easy-to-read, thorough report with all the physical or cognitive demands of the role.

Physical or Cognitive Job Coaching

Collaboration with employees to enhance job performance and help them adapt to changes in their role or environment, whether due to cognitive impairment or physical injury, disability, or personal development goals.

Return to Work Planning

Support for employees returning to work after an extended absence, including readiness assessment, workplace adjustments. The goal is to create a smooth transition that addresses both the employee's needs and the organization’s operational requirements.

On-Site Safety Training

Facilitatation of on-site safety training tailored to your team’s needs, ensuring a safer and more compliant workplace environment. Proper body mechanics training sessions in the workplace teach employees how to use their bodies efficiently to prevent strain and injury during tasks such as lifting, bending, and prolonged sitting or standing.
